HUMANITIES IN THE REALITIES OF MODERN EDUCATION OF UKRAINE AND ISRAEL ; ГУМАНІТАРНІ НАУКИ В РЕАЛІЯХ СУЧАСНОЇ ОСВІТИ УКРАЇНИ ТА ІЗРАЇЛЮ
The article is devoted to the problem of expanding the boundaries of the humanities as the basis of humanities education, which has always been and should remain a source of cultural traditions and the center of the spirituality of the people. According to the authors, it is the humanities, which are a qualitative characteristic of the education system of both Ukraine and Israel, based on democratic principles and humanistic orientation should determine the basic foundations of the educational paradigm of the XXI century. The introduction of the latter in the system of higher and secondary education is able to provide solutions to existing globalization problems in order to reorganize the cultural area of any nation and help people in self-development and spiritual ascent. The state of research of the mentioned problem is analyzed in the scientific works of Ukrainian and Israeli scientists, which confirmed the opinion of the authors of the article that the end of the XX – beginning of the XXI century, although it was a period of great hopes for the humanization and humanitarization of education, the process of reorienting the content of education to personality-oriented development and activation of subjective activity of the individual, in which the humanities occupy a leading place, still at present the problem exists that needs adequate solution both in Israel and in Ukraine. It is proved that at present in the field of education quite serious crisis phenomena are becoming more and more noticeable, when the deep essence of such fundamental categories as culture and spirituality is destroyed. This presupposes the introduction of the newest paradigm of the XXI century into the modern system of education, which provides application of such models of education within the humanistic paradigm, where the humanities acquire special significance. Because education, in which technocratic knowledge prevails, is not able to record the «quality» of the spiritual world, the authenticity of personal freedom, the individual trajectory of spiritual and creative growth of the individual. The timeliness of the problem actualization of introduction of a wide range of humanities into the educational systems of Ukraine and Israel is demonstrated in order to expand the boundaries of humanities knowledge, able to appeal to the integrity of the inner world of the individual, reveal its subjective and personal outlie, harmonize human-to-human relations and his relations with the world. The further prospects of scientific researches of the authors connected with experimental research of ways of revival of humanities in modern system of higher education on the basis of the newest paradigm of the XXI century are identified. ; У статті здійснено аналіз сучасного стану гуманітарних наук в системі освіти України та Ізраїлю, який засвідчив наявність певних кризових явищ в освітній галузі обох країн, пов'язаних з її комодифікацією та орієнтацією на підготовку фахівця-технократа, котрий досконало володіє інформаційними технологіями, але позбавлений загальної гуманітарної культури.
